The Project Lead is responsible for technical direction and supervision of one or more projects. This includes responsibility for defining, scheduling, assigning, communicating and tracking of all technical activities and tasks associated with projects. • Leading workflow on projects by estimating and meeting project schedules

Requirements:

• 4 years experience in a structured test environment

• 4 years Software Development or QA automation and scripting experience
• CS or other technical degree preferred
• Working knowledge of .NET, XML, HTML and relevant scripting languages, Perl, Ruby Real
• Experienced user of SQL to create data sets
• Knowledge of Source Code Control and Release Management, Web applications, Portals and Web Technologies and experience in system integration and user acceptance testing

Sr. Software Engineer needed for development of software solutions in the Smart Grid industry. Develop leading edge solutions for emerging Smart Grid technologies that will shape the industry in the years to come.

Sr. Software Engineer will be part of our dynamic development team for the emerging Smart Grid industry. Qualifications:

Successfully develops and executes appropriate test plans and test scripts for complex, multi-tier, e-commerce program defining acceptance criteria and developing test plans through final User Acceptance. Develops, defines, implements and provides management reports on tracking solutions for key quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts. Mentors and trains team members on advanced QA methods including root cause analysis. Develops queries or updates programs to examine data and exercise data driven functions. Sr. Test Engineer will be part of our new, dynamic test development team for the emerging Smart Grid industry. The position will perform thorough review of various power grid related standards, protocols and testing programs in order to generate a new, very detailed test specification and/or recommendation to Smart Grid project teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Review, development and execution of testing suites, products and certification programs.
• Review of existing technology standards, protocols and related technologies in the Smart Grid industry
• Develop detailed test specification that addresses conformance and interoperability testing of the related standards, protocols and related technologies.
• Development of the actual testing suites and related programs that fulfill the requirements in the test specification including test automation.
• Document, prioritize and communicate test results to internal and external groups.
• Test execution and analysis of test results including recommendation of how to resolve test defects.

Qualifications:

QualityLogic Inc. provides testing products and services to the imaging and telecom industries. We have multiple temporary positions available for Test Technicians with strong networking skills. In this position, you will follow test plans or perform ad hoc testing, communicate results to the development teams through the Test Lead, and establish defect-reporting systems within the R&D Lab. Services will include the following, but this list may not be all-inclusive:

• Test software/hardware functionality, compatibility and system integration
